Paypal payments are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, however, the goods if tailored to your needs (i.e bespoke goods are not covered after delivery to be returned if not wanted) but faulty goods are covered up to 90 days after delivery for faults after this time we will continue to support your enjoyment of the product if a fault occurs at a discounted rate FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT AN OPTION ON UNWANTED GOODS return postage is only covered on faults in DOA situation.

What isn't covered is

Accidental damage, misuse, if the goods have been tampered with or taken apart or improved in any respect. Juice ingress from leaking Tanks is NOT covered in any aspect.

Note misuse aka pushing too hard on buttons, switches is not covered and is classed as misuse.

Deposits for goods are non-refundable. Import duties VAT surcharges are the customers in all aspects

Lithium Battery safety

Lithium batteries can provide extremely high currents and although this is useful in applications where high currents are required, a too-rapid discharge of a lithium battery can result in overheating of the battery, rupture, and even explosion.

  • NEVER leave batteries unattended when charging.

  • Never over-tighten atomizers onto your device, screw only until contact is made - then stop.

  • Don't heat, incinerate or reverse polarity.

  • Do not over-charge or over-discharge.

  • Always use the correct charger as recommended and supplied by Creme de Vape, moddog, stealthvape, modmaker

  • Always use the exact batteries recommended, and do not attempt to economize by buying alternative batteries. The increased risk of an explosive event is not worth it.

  • Don't use unprotected li-ion/ICR batteries.

  • Don't charge batteries on wooden or carpeted or other combustible surfaces.

  • Remove batteries from the charger immediately after the light turns green, NEVER leave charging overnight or on unoccupied premises.

  • Do not charge your mod with the batteries in it unattended or with a car or phone charger

  • Set freshly charged batteries aside for a couple of hours before using.

  • Store batteries safely in specially designed battery containers - NEVER loose in your pocket or bag where they could come into contact with other items and cause a dangerous explosive event.

  • Discontinue using a battery if it fails to retain a charge or looks damaged in any way.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

  • Please dispose of batteries safely and according to regulations.

Some helpful hints for your mod

 

It's made from resin and wood, the mod is all made by myself the mod is 100% bespoke and is a one-off creation, please treat it as such. The wood is my own stabilized wood the making of the mod takes many hours from the resin colours to the plates all hand-made.

 

Care of the Mod, brass, and the alloy is best with a little Brasso on a soft cloth the mod itself can be polished with the Renaissance wax you will find a small tube in the box NO cutting pastes or T-Cut. Just use a smear of wax leave for 4 mins then polish (not on the Plate or 510)

All my mods unless otherwise stated are tube battery holders, BATTERY END POSITIVE in First please, this applies for series and duel batteries. PINCH TIGHT ONLY

SQUONKERS NEED A LITTLE JUICE ON THE 3MM O RING TO SLIDE IN EASY YOU WILL HAVE A SPARE, USE THE SEAL *FAILURE TO DO SO VOIDS ANY WARRANTY * WASH THE BOTTLE OUT BEFORE USE

The mod may have slight inclusions in the resin or wood this is normal and adds character

All wood mods use some good quality beeswax, not oil, please

 

Battery Safety

 

Use good clean fully charged batteries, its good practice to charge the batteries in a battery charger also dented or badly wrapped batteries must NOT BE USED

 

Unregulated Mech Mods. There is no on-off switch you must know and be confident in OHM's Law failure to do so may result in the mod not working and in the worst-case Injury. We will not be held responsible for using Any product incorrectly.

 

Warranty

 

There is an industry-standard warranty on my products.

But accidental damage like Dropping the mod onto concrete (or alike) general wear and tear or taking the mod apart, abuse of the mod or misuse is NOT covered
